On behalf of our clients, the company has managed properties and developed land across Texas. In addition, they provide clients with a full range of services from market analysis and strategic planning, to site selection and procurement, as well as store design, development, and opening. Locally, they are the building the Kingfort Georgetown property, with 59 lots in the 1st phase, and 66 lots starting in the second phase of building.
Jim Meara is the President of The Meara Company. Mr. Meara has been in Texas real estate for over 30 years. After Graduating from Southern Methodist University in 1982, Jim entered the commercial real estate business working for several Dallas Development firms. In 1984, Jim announced the formation of The Meara Company and has since developed and managed properties for his clients. He is also a partner/co-franchisee of Dickey’s Barbecue Pit.
